Full Description
Fawnstar is a very developed character. He always tries to impress others whatever it takes. He generally avoids large crowds or chatty cats because he does not want to embarass himself. He is very quiet and preserved but he tries to come out of his shell, which is a large difficulty. He also feels like he is too small for his age and tries to prove himself by trying to work hard for his clan and his kin, even if it takes everything. Other cats might see him as cute/a scaredy cat.

Full Description


As a kit he was very quiet and shy. He often watched other kits play, but kits often asked him to join. Too shy to decline, he often enjoyed himself with others, while staying quiet. Often he would enjoy being alone, which his parents disliked, but not stopped him from, causing him to never really have a friend. Shortly before he became an apprentice, his parents had died. He did grieve, but often tries to forget about it by caring for the clan when he became an apprentice. When he went into his first battle, he was shocked at how fast he was beaten. He was upset about it for so long, and decided that the best way to become better is to keep training how to fight, even if it hurts him.


His mentor was Silversky, who was just as scared as he was. During his apprenticeship, he became friends with Jackalpaw, a headstrong, excitable young she-cat that warmed his heart. Together with her and her friend Mallowpaw, they became warriors, named Fawnstone, Jackalgrowl, and Mallowfall.


Jackalgrowl and Fawnstone became mates, as many had expected. It was not far off to see how they were swooning over each other, albeit Fawnstone more shyly. A moon after this, the leader Redstar appointed Fawnstone as his deputy. Fawnstone was ecstatic, albeit a little scared.


Jackalgrowl gave birth to five beautiful kits, Finchkit, Jackalkit, Stormkit, Pebblekit, and Fawnkit. Fawnstone couldn't be happier. Finally he had kin of his own.


However, life couldn't Always be easy. Redstar had gone mad after the loss of his mate, and was driven from the clan to avoid his tyranny. But Fawnstone didn't feel ready, so that's why Thrushstar stepped up.


During this time, a she-cat called Dawnsong came to the clans. She was pregnant with Maskheart's kits, a DuskClan tom. Fawnstone allowed her to join his clan, and realized that perhaps, he was fit to lead.


Thrushstar mysteriously disappeared, leaving Fawnstone to lead the clan on his own. Fawnstone couldn't go and get his nine lives, as a sudden sickness swept over clan, and his medicine cat, Stormpaw, was busy trying to fix it. Fawnstone had to merely watch as the plague swept him of his clanmates.. and his kits. When Jackalkit and Fawnkit were brought to him, a day before their apprentice ceremony, with their bodies cold and their eyes closed, Fawnstone knew he had to do something.


And that's when he went to the other leaders of the clan, begging them to come leave the territory with DuskClan. StreamClan was apprehensive to the idea, and Heronstar..? Well, he had to run to not get his throat clawed out.


But, as he watched his clan wilt before him, a gathering commenced. Skystar agreed to the plan, and ThistleClan had gone. Milkberry and Furzestorm, the spokesman of the new LightningClan and BoulderClan also agreed, and so they set out to their new territory.

Fawnstone was one of the first to see Star Peak as he recieved his nine lives.
